Day Nine: Sleep
Sleep, beautiful sleep. Without it – we cannot live. And our guts are VERY unhappy. And with unhappy guts, we cannot sleep, so our brains are unhappy. This is one of the most important things we must look after, not just for a healthy gut, but for proper functioning of our immune system and to be able to think and remember and to enjoy life.
