Today we’re going to look at a few more things that commonly cause intestinal problems, and you will be challenged to eliminate as many as you can. 

So far, you’ve been working on sugar and gluten. How have you been doing with those eliminations? How are you feeling? Are you keeping your food diary and journal? I’ll stress again the importance of accurately tracking what you’re doing in terms of elimination, what you’re adding – like exercise – and how you’re feeling. That’s the way you heal your gut and enhance your brain.

Your assignments:

  1. Analyze how you’re feeling now with the elimination of gluten and sugar (hopefully!) and if you’ve tracked other times your gut is feeling not-so-stellar, you’ll know which foods to eliminate next. The items listed in today’s lesson are the most common triggers.
  2. Try the banana “ice cream” recipe in the PDF. Yum!
