In this lesson, we’re covering the next two attributes of mindfulness. Non-Judging and Acceptance.
Non-Judging: See what it feels like to just be an impartial witness instead of judging people and events that come up every day.
Acceptance: Accept where you are, how you are. No one ever changed by hating themselves into it.
