Module Five, Lesson Two – Gratitude and the Brain
An active practice of gratitude can increase neuron density and lead to greater emotional intelligence. Also, the more you practice gratitude, the more you strengthen your brain’s neural circuits for gratitude, making it easier to focus on those feelings of gratitude. Since gratitude is immensely powerful for protecting the health of the brain as well, we are focusing in this lesson on ways to nurture the practice of gratitude.
