Module OneWelcome

This is the first phase of boosting our brains with music, mindfulness and meditation.

Here in Module One, we’ll be learning how meditation actually activates neuroplasticity and how positivity can boost our brains.

We’ll also be doing our first meditation practice – Mindful breathing – which is a valuable tool to use not just when meditating, but also when you are faced with a stressful situation.
